I recently was introduce to Mayv by a friend who thought I could benefit from it and, he was right! It’s more than just an app, it’s a companion and an integrative wellness toolbox designed to gently escort you along the journey of chronic pain management providing tips and tools to help cope and mitigate with the daily burdens that these conditions can impose upon us. It helps is better understand the mind-body connection and how certain techniques and mindset can alleviate pain. The user interface is wonderful, from the soothing color palette to the ease of navigation and narrative experience. The rituals are a wonderful feature that encourage us discover new ways to embrace otherwise disagreeable circumstances creating the space for self exploration, support and acceptance. The combination of the high quality CBD product line coupled with the feature rich app is imho a game changer. These CBD are amongst the best I’ve tried, and I’ve been exploring for quite some time now. The bulk of my pain comes from injuries sustained in an old motorcycle accident. Amongs other things, I struggled to get a good night’s rest since I can remember but Mayv is helping turn that around. I Highly Recommend this app and the ancillary product line.
