Makes running challenges a breeze

So far I have led two gratitude challenges and one step challenge. The app keeps getting better and better! I love the options for both group chat and direct messages to individual participants. It has been helpful to send private messages to participants who are struggling. As a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach as well as a licensed genetic counselor working in cancer genetics, my focus is on illness management and prevention. The MasterHealth app is an easy to use, welcome tool in my toolbox. I highly recommend you give it a try!

Good bones

Excellent tool to implement healthy habits

This app is based on the information from Frank Lipman’s book How to Be Well. I read the book when it was first published and thought, I should be doing this and I should be doing that. But, life gets busy and implementation falls by the wayside. This app makes implementation easy. You get to select which habits you’d like to work on. The app can prompt reminders. Because I want to reach the point goal, I do the simple behaviors (like getting sunlight first thing in the morning). These tasks, day by day, task by task will make me healthier.
