Use the app to customize your hybrid smartwatch to perform feature actions of your choice, receive notifications from the people and apps that matter most, and track your daily activity and sleep. Track daily activity – Keep track of how many steps you take. You can even set a daily goal to stay motivated. Set a personal goal – Count the number of times you exercise, drink water or build a custom goal of your choice. I just bought but it counts my hand movement as steps... i bought for that reason so i can set up sensitivity will be returning it :(

I’m loving the watch and all the features, the only reason I have it a 4 star is for the price I wish it at least lit up at night, but otherwise I’m happy with it.
