I wish I could do 0 stars but there is no option. This people literally stole my money. My account got hacked and subscribed to a 12 week program. I was not aware until the following morning and I had to download the app, reset my password, cancel the subscription (already charged) and immediately contacted them for a refund as I wasn’t planning to use the program beyond never signed for. Of course they didn’t refund me and told me that they will not renew the subscription after 12 weeks, but that money was already gone. Thanks #Madmuscles for taking my money and having the worse customer service. Deleted the app and not planning to use this 12 week ripoff…

I downloaded the app for one day and tried it at the gym. I realized the app is better for at home workouts and I couldn’t really use it at the gym. So I deleted the account and asked for a refund. They didn’t refund me because you have to use the app for 2 weeks showing proof that it doesn’t work for you. However I think that the return policy should include those who have only had it for a couple days as well. For those who go to the gym you can tell pretty quickly if something will work for you, and that was my case. I could tell it wasn’t for me. That being said they said my reason is not good enough, so no refund. In addition to the refund policy. Every additional workout/diet challenge you want to do cost money. Your initial subscription gives you access to the basics but everything else costs money. I know it’s a business but it seems like they care way more about money than helping people reach their fitness goals. Also they have the worst support ever and take FOREVER to get back to you with a copy and paste message telling you how to use the app then at the bottom a , “sorry no refund” message

I signed up thinking I was paying $15. The following day I saw an additional $30 charge. I immediately reached out to try to fix the issue and after multiple back forth emails have been told there are no refunds. I’m not sure how exactly I was charged the additional $30, but be careful when signing up because one of the “ok” selections must have been for more of a cost. I’m pretty sure it’s the selection following the screen where you I paid. So while I indeed authorized the $15, I had absolutely no interest in the additional $30 service/charge. Pretty crappy business practice to knowingly ripping people off especially when most people would stay signed up and you’d actually make more money if you were an honest company. Hopefully more people with bad experiences come forward so others don’t get tricked.
