Save yourself aches, pain and espically medication! This is the best app if you want to heal your body on your time and become stronger everyday!

I want the app to grow. I like it so far.

I am doing the mobilize your body plan on the app, and I feel the app has great potential. The exercises are great. I am a fan of Lu and his dog in the videos and on IG too. I think there should be some improvements to the app tho. 1. Timers in the app are stopwatches not timers. 2. There should be a beep when the timer is finished. 3. For ease, can the video be running while reading the steps?? I just want to see the app grow and let more people see What Lu has to offer.

Excellent teaching aid!

I’ve been a fan of Dr. Lu and his dog Lexi for sometime on Instagram. He demonstrates proper form in an interesting format. The app is made for the customer who’s interested in developing strength, mobility, and mindfulness. Lexi is in every video, which is also a bonus pet therapy session. Great app! I highly recommend it!!!
