Great short workout
Great short workout to get blood pumping. Especially if you are just trying to get back into shape and haven’t worked out in a long time. Started at beginner, now on advanced. This app helped me move on to adding additional workouts because I started feeling better after just doing this for a week straight. Think of it as doing 10 minutes more of exercise that you did the day before. Glad I found this.
