Worth it!
I didn’t realize how much I could sweat with just 30 minutes of hard work. The home work out plan is perfect and easy to use! I love that you can utilize water bottles and things around the house and that there is a timer for each set and videos to follow along with! Would highly recommend this her app! 🖤

I bought this app and it worked well for awhile however, it hasn’t worked in a long while. When I hit the “start workout” button the countdown begins. Before it gets to zero and actually starts the workout I’m booted out of the app. I have reset my purchase and reached out many times to the company with no responses. I did like the workouts when I was actually able to do them. Save your money and buy something else

I travel 3 days a week so am using hotel gyms, never sure what I’ll have. Though there are a few days you need gym equipment you can do a lot of these days with no equipment. I LOVE that Linn provides videos of herself doing each move, so there is no question on form. I’ve also started her food plan, great meal options super easy to make and travel with. Thanks Linn.

I love the ease of use with this app! The instructions are clear and right there on your phone! Perfect for while working out. Especially since I did not know how to do some movements before. The video aspect of this app is what makes it stand out above the rest!
