Lecticon LXP

Lecticon's learning experience platform (LXP) provides small to midsize companies a turnkey option to systemize employee onboarding, personal growth, and professional development through video-based tools and printable resources that can be designed and delivered to specific employee groups. Engaging meaningfully with employees to provide education and training helps reduce employee turnover and retain top talent. This App simplifies employee learner access to training and development provided by their employer while gathering detailed learning analytics for the employer to monitor employee engagement and growth. 

In addition to providing access to training, the Lecticon LXP app allows employees with a simple way to reach out to contact HR and training managers within the organization.  The look of the App is customized for each client with their branding, unique employer contact numbers, and employer specific training.  The first time an employee uses the app, they enter a code supplied by the employer. The app then enables the employee to access the unique contact numbers and specific training.
