I've been teaching group fitness since I was a freshman in college and currently live in Mississippi with my two crazy daughters and hubby. I currently wear a few different hats in the industry like being the co-creator of Barre Above, a master trainer for Balletone, co-owner of the Fit Biz Club, adjunct faculty at Clemson University in non-profit leadership, and a fitness instructor both in person and online...... and I love every single second of each one of those. My goal is to create workouts that you will actually ENJOY doing and that feel more like a PARTY than work. Everyone is invited to this party!

Lauren has done an incredible job with boundless resources and classes for the beginner to the fitness guru. The interfacing is excellent. Check out the class library and choose from hundreds of workouts. Invaluable resource & you won’t get bored.

Fitness that is fun but challenging. Diverse so no boredom. Great music, fun community and lots of support. So many extra features to make it easy to use the app any where you might be even without internet. I highly recommend this app!!
