I have only just started using this app but I can feel that it will already work very well. I am very insecure about my body and I never could find an app that starts out easy for beginners like me, but this app works perfectly. This app has workouts based on 3 certain areas and out of those 3 I am insecure about 2 of those areas so I’m glad I found this app.
