Kicking myself for caving to a 50% off offer and buying in for a year. I should have given it the free 7 day trial first, because it’s day 5 and I feel like you can find these exercises for free on the internet, that working out for 12 minutes isn’t going to do anything, and I said I had knee issues yet they want me to do all these knee exercises and things like side planks and push-ups which are really hard for a woman in her 50s. You take a quiz at the beginning to supposedly find the “best workout for you” but then give you exercises you can’t do or have asked not to have. I am betting everyone gets the same thing. I’m really mad at myself for buying into a years subscription without trying it first. Don’t be like me.

I think it is a good app but I haven’t really noticed any results I started getting up a hour earlier and doing 3-4 of these workouts a day but not really any results yet.
THIS IS APP IS A AMAZING!!
I’m only 8-11 years old but I’ve always been self conscious about my body and this has helped me so much. It makes you feel better and it has a quiz in the beginning for you so the workout can be just right for you. I also like it bc it shows you how to do things and helps you try new work outs there a plan for you to do and other mini things you can do. I also love that there are actives based off the quiz in the beginning for you to do. Another one of my favorite things is that it will show you when most likely you will be your dream body. Also it has your workout streak. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND

When I first started doing the exercises on a chair, I was skeptical, thinking “ how is this going to help me”?… but omg I was only able to go half way through it, took a 16 minute break and continued. I remember thinking.. I’ll be sore in the morning..lol. But I will continue, I really feel my muscles working.

I downloaded the app, filled in all of the information for my goals. The app said absolutely I could get to my goals in around 12 weeks…and then they want you to pay and sign up. Nope, don’t say it is free when in fact it only offers a week to try it before billing starts.
