Yes it’s a bot and not a person - but the prompts are super helpful and writing things down is the best way to heal! I was looking some free help and finally found some!

Good app.

I like what you’re doing here. I’m excited to see where this goes. One preference I had as a suggestion to the dev team is that I’d like to see the messages speed up after I respond - just slightly. Great app

I find this app helpful. The app ask if it’s even typing too fast or slow. There are some tools on here that are very useful. Some insights, journaling, learning & finding a realistic point of view of what is going on in our minds. There are definitions, there is answers. Most of all, you are not alone in what you are dealing with like depression and anxiety.
