FRUSTRATING
The software has far too many issues to list, but I must mention the crashing and having to relog in every time you want to take a step. The review "TOTALLY UNUSABLE FOR MY CLUB" is right, and just thinking about it makes my anxiety rise. Please do better soon.
Totally Unusable for my Club
This app is 100% unusable for my club. I do 100-150 services per day and it is cumbersome and unreliable. It is missing some very vital, basic features such as printing order tickets that clearly describe the order as opposed to trying to use a receipt to work off of. It also does not allow us to accurately build items or create upgrades, and makes us create multiple forms of the same shake in different sizes in order to fulfill the correct requirement to receive proper volume for our services. Building items in the menu itself is a nightmare, and it takes hours to accomplish just a small portion of our menu. We have a large menu with lots of items and lots of variations, and it is extremely challenging. I am not able to fully switch over to this app to use as an actual processing system, and I simply use it because I am forced to in order to receive my volume. I have to use an outside system to actually process payments so that I can have some that is reliable for my customers. I am extremely disappointed in this app as I was really hoping that it would reduce my workload and I stream it has only added more steps and takes time away from building my team and business. I also hinders people’s interest in becoming club owners themselves because it is so difficult.
System Problems Daily
System does down daily. I constantly have to delete the app and reinstall multiple times a day.
Too many glitches!
Honestly this app gives me so much trouble almost on a daily. It’s a great convenience for my customers but when it doesn’t give me notifications and my customers show up wondering why their order isn’t ready it makes them frustrated. Never mind the fact that it glitches ALL OF THE TIME! Orders will literally show up blank and there is no way to delete them for MONTHS and then randomly they delete. Or the orders disappear and it doesn’t charge my customers. Also now the newest issue is online orders when being paid in store will not charge the customers tax so I was out a lot of money until me and my employees realized it wasn’t charging tax. Now we have to delete every pre order that doesn’t charge tax and create a new one to cash them out. This app is more of a pain then good!

1- Distributors will now be able to see the status on the receipt submitted. 2- Distributor in the US/PR will now to able to allocate receipt for previous month during EOM cutover. 3- Fix for refund of paid Engage order from the active queue.
