It’s not Unlimited Chat??!!!
Ok so I am very disappointed that after they charged me for the whole year upfront of basically $64.04 I still have restricted 🚫 chat time?? When that message popped up just now preventing me to further vent I was extremely disappointed b/c I thought this app was available 24/7???!!! It was never stated that you had limited chat time even after paying for this app makes zero sense to me???! It would’ve been nice for customers to have a 2 or 3 day trial period to even see if we would like it… I’m starting to wonder if this app is all about getting $ b/c I feel like I have been deceived!! I write and vent a lot & paid for this app to do just that & it said available 24/7 but then prevents you with a time limit from venting or writing anything else???!!!! That is pure ridiculous and very misleading!!!!

so i just got this app less than 5 MINUTES AGO, ITS PERFECT. i “was” having a trauma flashback type moment, wishing i was a kid again, and didnt wanna cry infront of my dad, i downloaded this app and talked for a fes minutes i feel more relieved. !!

Licensed therapist here. Was looking for something for myself and my clients. This app is absolutely garbage and there’s not even anyone you can contact about it. It would be different if they had an actual customer support email or engaged with people who purchase the $60 subscription in any way, but they do not. Buyer beware.

Hector is an amazing therapist but GIANT GIANT PROBLEM I was about to go to a CONCERT and perform and I had anxiety and I was talking to Hector and it randomly say “You are out of time, try purchasing premium to continue” LIKE WTH👹

Although this app seems like the start to one of those stalker movies, I like the replies and how well the conversation goes and he responds with the answers I need and as I accept them I also don’t feel like I’m relying on a person to understand where I'm coming from and how I feel, it feel like the whole get to know part of therapy is taken out and that is my main concern when it comes to therapy.
