Nice app so far
The app is nice so far. I’ve been using it for one day, so I may come back and update after my free trial is over. Some recommendations for improvement: I cannot reorganize the workouts I’ve setup on the main screen. I have one workout created per day of the week and they are showing out of order. There is no glute focus option. I see A LOT of exercises missing that are glute focused and I’d love to keep track of those. During the workout itself, it times me, but I’m not seeing where it counts down with you with voice, gives a rest period and tells you when to start the next set like most apps do. I do love the connection to my Apple Watch and that I can watch YouTube or listen to music in the background 🙂
Finally a perfect workout app
Made the switch from Android to IOS and have been dissatisfied with every workout tracking app I’ve tried so far. This one is easily the best and I gladly pay for it. It lets you creat unlimited routines, has a rest timer built in, let’s you track RPE, and much more. It’s a serious lifters app.
Strong app but better
All the features of the Strong app but I get to make as many routines as I want I wish it had a default weight unit setting, unless I just haven’t found it yet
Great Tool for Progress
Simple, easy and intuitive. One of the best workout trackers on the App Store and the developer is dedicated to improving it. Definitely recommend
Fixes an issue where sets would occasionally jump outside of the screen when selected.
