This app has a free option and a paid option so if you can't do one on one hypnosis therapy this is the perfect place to get started! I love the calm, clean, and beautiful interface of this app, and the wide variety of sessions to tackle different issues you would like to work on. What also really stands out is the 1:1 option to have a custom experience, which has been amazing, and the stellar customer service from the Grace team. They are prompt, super helpful, and warm and friendly.

Some recordings are great, and some sound like they were recorded on an iPhone 5. It makes me feel like the creator of the app doesn’t care enough about people who pay a lower price point for her services and only prioritizes high paying clients. Also the suggestions in a number of the sessions are worded in a way that’s super distracting and uncomfortable.
