Can’t create an account
I try to sign up and keep getting a failed to create user pop-up with no reason why. So i can’t even get into the app - the account creation is not user friendly - how do I actually get into this app?

This app is nice for trainers looking to give their clients workouts without using a spreadsheet. It has a timer and GIFs demonstrating the exercises. The support team is fast at responding to questions and inquiries. My only take away is the exercise library. It needs more variations of exercises in which I was told they are working on. It also needs a better way of keeping track of clients progression. Currently, you have to go to the calendar and find the workout that has the last time that client performed a particular exercise. In all, the display is very nice and appealing as opposed to other PT apps.

Still getting use to it but it is great! it helps me stay organized by putting my task for the day and scheduling my clients, specially when you are running around all day. The exercise selection makes things so much easier you just pick base on your clients needs and goals, Gain helps me track their results and saves me time!.. It’s Exactly what I needed! Same experience as other trainers. I am really angry after I have received so many money request emails from this scam company. I created a test client account and I didn’t even use it. I was never told that I needed to pay for creating client account at the time I did it. Ever since then I have been receiving multiple emails requests and Paypal invoices from them for payment. If you want to charge charge it properly through Apple store subscription and inform people on your charged services. This is a company that tries to scam money from people with such behavior. Be warned!

I’ve been a military spouse that’s a trainer for the last 6 years. The last 2 years, Gain has helped me keep income rolling in when my mother-in-law was battling cancer and then when she passed, as we traveled from SC to OK, it was so easy to load those workout and my clients never minded using the app. I had one that was a 5:30am and on a bad morning would say “just load the app please” and we’d both sleep in. Most recently, we moved and I was able to secure 3 of my clients throughout the move thanks to Gain! Give it a try, you won’t regret it.

If you’re a personal trainer short on time, but big on ROI, this app is a great way to boost your client’s success rate and give them more value-added programming. The app allows you to program warm ups, resistance workouts, TRX exercises, Pilates workouts, Yoga training, foam rolling, circuits, & straight sets for both individuals and groups. It contains a huge database of exercises for both at-home and gym clients. It takes a hot minute to get used to the programming but once you do, you can really streamline the process by saving your favorite workouts and/or searching for exercises by bodypart, equipment or modality. For every month I’ve used it, it’s more than paid for itself.
