Freshman Fitness is a health & fitness app by Emily Robinson. Emily is a Certified Personal Trainer who has been on her own fitness journey for 5+ years. Over the past 2 years, she has found her passion in mentoring gym newbies. The Freshman Fitness app features: -Workout plans designed for beginners -Workout tracking (reps, sets, weight, notes) -A full exercise library broken out by muscle group -A full recipe library - including quick easy to make recipes -Challenges to kickstart your journey -Streak tracking and daily motivational quotes as push notifications -Additional workouts, exercises, recipes, and challenges added regularly -A community to interact and build relationships with other app members -Educational guidance from Emily -Calorie and macro calculators -New features added in over time This is the only fitness app specifically designed for beginners to get started in the gym (or at home) and build up the confidence to stick with their journey and achieve their fitness goals. It will include different workout split options and the option to do either at home or gym workouts. There will also be on demand workouts for each muscle group that switch out monthly. If you're new to the space of health and fitness, Emily has put together an incredible app that breaks down the basics into digestible bits. The page that allows you to learn exercises per muscle groups is a neat feature. Overall great App!
User Friendly and Helpful
Emilyâs new app is super user friendly and very helpful gym newbies. She provides resources for beginners new to lifting. The best part is the community tab, so you feel like youâre not alone when sweating your butt during one of her workouts! Would recommend!
