I had to send them several email a spanning in two weeks to change my trainer I finally just contacted Apple for a refund…. Horrible trainers worse customer service!

I was tired of the same ole workouts until now. Signed up for the one on one and picked amazing lady named Daisha. She is down to earth and very knowledgeable and super encouraging! Daisha is absolutely amazing! She has me working in zone 2 strength training. I started a month ago and hit my PR on bench press! I have done CrossFit before and never hit PR. It was confusing at first to figure out how to change the weights on the app but once I figured it out, it was simple.

I’ve been working with Coach Daisha for about 3 weeks and I feel great! She really listens and is very educated. She’s helped me realize the way I worked out previously was actually doing more harm than good. I wasn’t too sure about changing things up in the beginning but she was absolutely right; I feel great now! Even had someone ask me if I lost weight today! Working with Coach Daisha has been the best thing I’ve done for myself in a long time!💪🏾
