This App helps doctors, dieticians, exercise experts, and mentors to stay connected with their assigned diabetic & non-diabetic participants across the world to provide better education, inspiration and support.

Experts stay connected with the participant through the app & receive daily messages related to diet, exercise, relevant activity, freedom stories, etc. They can receive participants' blood sugar levels and other vitals like BP and weight & communicate back via chat.
