Concierge Memberships - includes primary care, same day/next day office visits for the course of a year, and a comprehensive executive physical exam and 24/7 physician access..

Executive Physicals – A half day comprehensive assessment that includes over 100 different lab values, assessments of the heart, lungs, fitness level, cognition and more. 

Genetic-Based Health Management Programs – GxSlim: checks for specific genes that dictate how the body processes carbohydrates, fats, proteins, and micro-nutrients. GxRenew: checks twenty-eight genetic traits related to healthy aging.  

Imaging Services - (CT) body scan looks closely at the chest, abdomen, and pelvic. CT Virtual Colonography helps identify colon cancer, as well as pre-cancerous polyps with no anesthesia. CT calcium score of the coronary arteries looks for early blockage within the heart.

IV Infusion - Our elective IV infusion treatments are manufactured and purchased in the US, and are FDA approved.

LightSheer® Laser Hair Removal - LightSheer® laser uses a clinically proven diode laser technology to permanently remove unwanted hair, comfortably and effectively.

Micronutrient Testing - These panels are designed to provide the most comprehensive nutritional analysis available. Test for 27 values.

Strengthening Package – First find weak areas that may be prone to future injuries, prescription for strengthening exercises, one follow-up visit on-site or at your home/office. $390

Injury Package 1 Initial consultation, three follow-up therapy visits on-site or at your home/office, PT exercise prescription for home and travel. $750

Injury Package 2 Initial consultation, four follow-up therapy visits, dry needle therapy option on-site or at home/office, PT exercise prescription for home and travel. $1,250
