Couldn’t find an app that would let me track my food without tracking calories, but this one is it! Genius app! Love it! <3
Simple
I was looking fur something that allowed me to simply enter my food…on one screen…..without having to go from screen to screen. This seems to be it. I’ve used and subscribed to at least 5 other Apps….this is the one thing settled on.
What's not to love?
It was surprisingly hard to find an app that's just a simple food journal without making you look up entries, calculate portions, track calories and macros, etc. This one does it! Love the clean interface. Ads are unobtrusive or pay a reasonable one-time fee to remove them... it's so good.
Simple and effective
Simple log to keep a record of what I eat each day. I don’t want to count calories but want to limit quantity and frequency. Amazed to find I didn’t think I could go 3 hours without eating something. I enter the time I eat in the field of “who I was with” and that way I can see how often I “think” I should eat again. At the end of the day I can see why I’m not losing weight and make significant adjustments. This app is exactly what I was looking for.
FINALLY
I wanted an app like one I had before that made itself a monthly subscription but I could not find one until this! I love that this has the one-time payment to get rid of ads and add color—totally worth it. I also wanted the freedom to just record what I eat and follow my goals and this app allows me to do just that.
Simple and easy
Ads are only once a day (not annoying)….and the app is super easy and simple to jot a quick note about your eating habits throughout the day. Had to monitor my eating for a week and this was waaay easier then writing it down with pen and paper or using a fancy heath monitoring app!
Gets the Job Done
I can’t stand how much information is in most food trackers. I don’t want to track calories or all the macros. What I want is just to be a little more mindful of what I eat in a day. This app does just that. Yeah, there’s an ad a day and I wish I could just have a paid version where I don’t have to deal with that, but it’s honestly not too intrusive. Gets the job done for me.
