Dhyana Brahma

Dhyana Brahma is a unique initiative by Sri Ganapathy Sachchidanada Swamiji that allows Sri Swamiji to guide his followers through the journey to self realisation.
Sri Swamiji has always believed that our bodies are reflections of our minds, and by closely monitoring the heart during meditation, we may learn more about the state of mind. Global research done by top scientists also confirms this.
The link between heart rate variability and meditative states has been conclusively proven by science. Using a revolutionary technology to monitor heart rate variability on a beat by beat level, the Dhyana Brahma device and app are able to gauge their mental state. The app will also suggest remedies to improvement so that they may one day achieve a state of complete oneness.
Using this technology, Sri Swamiji is able to personally guide you where ever you may be in the world. At the end of each session, Dhyana Brahma app will give each of the devotee a detailed message on how they meditated, and recommend ways in which they can refine their method of meditation.
Dhyana Brahma product and app were demonstrated at Datta Peetham Mysore on the 28th of February 2017, and will be launched on Sri Swamiji's 75th birthday in May 2017.
