Super glitchy and frustrating
I have been trying to just finish the “tailor your program” and it cuts out often. Upon close of app and signing in multiple times it is still not working. For an app to be specifically created for employees struggling with anxiety i am in awe that my spouses company is continuing to utilize this product. If I were the developer I would be ashamed of this and remove users immediately. It is only adding to anxiety and feelings of hopelessness.

Sadly can’t get past the login screen. Same issue as others have reported. So disappointing. I tried removing the app and redownloading as instructed but it still doesn’t work.

I downloaded your app twice, and couldn’t get the sign in fields. There’s something wrong with your app, and frankly, if you guys can’t get something as simple as signing in fixed, I definitely don’t trust you to help me with my anxiety.

I downloaded this because I got a mailed card from my employer offering an incentive for doing my first “check-in”. Not worth it. Major sign-in issues. And even with reinstalling, switching from WiFi to cellular and all the other solutions offered here, I have not been able yo get beyond a few seconds into the “Tailor your Program” card. It freezes when she stops talking (“sound good?”) and never provides the questions she says need to be answered. I will be providing feedback to my employer that this really should not be promoted until it is actually functional and stable.

just as many others have reported i was unable to get this app to launch. i’ve deleted and reinstalled a few times to no avail - can’t launch on iphone or ipad. seemed like a good recommended program from my employer - disappointing that it doesn’t work ☹️
