Treatment data entry should be more flexible. For example. Lost dwell time if not entered can’t save remaining data entered. Program should allow for partial data entry to look for trends such as weight for one week or if over several days. The inflexibility of the programming is frustrating

This app needs to have all lab results such as creatinine GFR anything that is tested. This app does not show blood cleaning numbers, nutrition, notes from dietitian notes from physician, assistant notes from Dr. treatment details, etc. could even show things like blood pressure. Why doesn’t it integrate with the system they used to chart with.

I was using the app recording my treatment and then one day it just stopped working would not take my password would not acknowledge my username and the information that I had track is no longer available so this app needs some help and I’m very annoyed about it. I called Technical Support the try to help me and advise me a different way to logon. He told me that the information it was previously entered would eventually show up and here I am six hours later and the information still not showing up and I can’t even logon.
