Dannis devotion to the wisdom of yoga truly shows in how he shares the practice with others. I appreciate the clear instructions, timely prompts to check in with our alignment in an asana/pose, and pepped up with the sunshine of his humor. There’s also a wide variety of classes depending on the level one feels to be in at any given day: the vigorous classes for when I’d like to color outside my comfort zone, the mellow flows that synchronously activate my body and induce calm to move forward in life .... and levels in between! I feel blessed to have access to Danni’s classes, quite especially during these times when I have needed it the most. To top it off, the podcast is always enlightening for me, as he speaks to interesting guests in the wellness world every time I tune in to listen. No matter your “yogi stage”, there is sure to be some a-ha moments for those who venture a little deeper every day with the guidance of teachers like Danni Pomplun.

I’ve had the pleasure of going to one of Danni’s classes with a friend who invited me and I’m so glad there’s now an app to access his lessons from anywhere! There’s something so unique, authentic, and selfless about Danni’s teaching style you almost can’t help but “get it” (speaking as a total beginner). I attend Danni’s SF classes in person, and I always leave impressed at how he owns the room and injects his own funny realness. I wasn’t sure if “app Danni” would live up to real Danni, but he does! It’s like your own 1:1 session with a firm but kind coach. Especially in our new work-from-home world, I get instant peace of mind knowing I can tap into this app whenever I need it.

I downloaded this app right before a long trip, knowing it would be challenging to get to a studio class and find the time while travelling, and I’m SO happy I did. I’m lucky enough to practice with Danni IRL and every time I practice with him I learn something new, about my body, how to move skilfully and feeling connected to myself and the practice. Practicing with him on the app you get all of that joy from home or while on the move travelling. I also practiced the side crow flow with a friend at her home and she came into side crow for the first time ever! Testament to Danni’s mega skilled teaching and way of breaking down hard poses. Highly recommend!
