I used to never know what I was doing when I got on the spin bikes at the gym. Most of the time, I just avoided that section entirely. Finding CycleGo has completely removed that hesitation. Now, I feel that I can use my gym time effectively while on the bike. The app has given me structure, a program to follow, and some fun scenery (haha). Now, spin is one of my favorite parts of my gym routine! There are certainly other apps with more advanced features and functionality. However, those are for smart-er bikes and require all kinds of equipment and money! CycleGo has been perfect my needs as a gym goer and it is relatively inexpensive too. I definitely recommend the app and would say it’s an essential piece of my gym routine.

I hate using the trendy cycle class apps with annoying instructors, so this app is perfect except for a couple things. The music is repetitive and not up to date. I chose the “pop music” option and it keeps playing the same songs over and over. Could we get some better, up to date music options? Maybe connect to Spotify and coordinate the cadence to the songs? Also, I would love the option to connect a heart rate monitor and see stats related to my workout. If I’m paying money for this app, I would think those two things would at least be included!! Thanks!!
