This is the perfect indoor cycling companion! Choose from a selection of training programs, there's one for you whether you're looking forward to improve your maximum oxygen consumption or you just want to have fun. During your training, when it's time to change the intensity, a visual and audio cue will let you know. The application also takes care of changing the music to fit the evolution of your training program. Quieter songs for warm up, then power songs for the sprints? You decide. You can match each level of intensity with a playlist or a song from your music library. The training screen displays the time left in the program and the time left in the current section. You can change it so it displays the elapsed time instead. The playing song is also displayed; touch it if you want to skip to the next song. Touching the section name enables you to skip the section. Touching the intensity graph will reveal the next three sections. Once you're familiar with the built-in programs, you can start building your own! There's an editor for that. You can add any number of sections, each with a different intensity and duration. It's all up to you! You can also use the 10 editable intensities to add personalized cues and instructions to your programs. Each training session is automatically logged into your training history. Every completed session will save the date, duration and program name. Consult the overview to find out how many hours you've been training since the beginning. Great spinning app
I upgraded to the paid version because I wanted to be able to customize my workouts. I have over 100 workouts ranging from 30 minutes to 90 minutes and I use everyone of them. I have speed workouts and hill workouts and combined workouts. It does help to have my own spinning bike but good ones can be purchased for $300 or less. I use this app 3 or 4 times a week and even though I almost torture myself, I cannot blame the instructor as I designed the programs. Instead of adding any playlists to this app, I just download spinning music on YouTube and play those through iPhone while using iPad for spinning programs. I also use music apps such as iHeartRadio or Pandora.
Makes Spin Easier
I bought a spin bike because it’s my favorite form of workout but I moved to an area with no classes. I tried the Pelaton app but it was expensive and without a Pelaton bike it is hard to know what intensity you should be doing. This app lets me plan out a bunch of different workouts with the music I want and get an idea of the intensity of the workout. Can’t wait to see what updates are in store!

I cannot rave about this app enough! I have used it for yeeeeears and it is still one of the best. I have created multiple customized workouts and I use them all. The update of having my customized intensities called out was such a great add-on! Thank you for a great app!

This app is flat-basic. Trainings fail to include any intensity tips, such as heartbeat rate of watts. Don't waste your money, it has zero value-added.

It does nothing other than set a timer for intensity. I could look at a clock for what this does.
Great cycle & general cardio interval app
I use this app all the time with spin, elliptical and treadmill work. I love that I can customize & build my own programs! Only enhancement I recommend is fix it so you can have it work in the background while you're in other apps (it tends to pause or mess up the timing).
