Unusable
Say what you will about the gym itself but their IT department is clearly nonexistent. I got the app two weeks ago after signing up at my local gym and have yet been unable to resolve login issues. I provided details to the customer service email hoping my to hear a follow up: nothing. I don’t expect the gym employees to fix this, it is entirely on the company and their IT department to have a system in place to respond promptly to issues. If they don’t, I don’t feel inclined to keep my membership going : kind of how businesses work guys.

On the activity points there’s people doing 48, 54, 58 hours continued workout burning 18,000 calories. How they allow to happen is the funny part.

It's 2024. You cannot see what bank account or card number you have synced to your account on the app. All you can do is add either of them. You can't make early payments off of the app, basically you can't do anything financially through this app that you would like to. And lord have mercy if your late on a payment because you do not know what account they are pulling money from they will call you worse than telemarketers. So option a you have to call them or option b you have to go in.

Overall, I like the apps ability to track my workouts and have been using for years. However, recently the app has .gifs for many of the workouts on theirs. The .gifs are causing my music to stop. I really would like to just get the app support but I couldn’t find it to report this. Again, like the app minus the current bug I’m experiencing.

The app itself isn’t bad. It’s similar to another gym’s app but not as sophisticated. I have been unable to connect it with the health app. Extremely frustrating.

App is full of features that don’t work. 1. App doesn’t read workouts from Apple Health when grated read permissions 2. Crunch meter is forever broke 3. There is an “update payment option” that doesn’t work and you redirected to your home club to make the change. If you’re not going to fix/support a feature remove it. App will still be trash but at least the expectation has been removed. I would give it no stars but booking classes works as well as adding a reminder to your calendar.
