Resistant band review
I started my fitness journey about a month before I found alexs’ app. I was following along with videos on YouTube and was getting good results. Once I found the app and subscribed for his 12 week R-band workout I was seeing results extremely fast and couldn’t be more happier with stepping into a scale. This plan is not only helping me lose weight but build muscle too. I can see changes every Day in my tone. I highly recommend buying yourself a set of Resistant bands and giving this program a try
Life changing at 50
This app and Alex are amazing. I started the app because of Covid and two years later, I’ve cancelled my gym membership and have see amazing results! I’m am shocked by my results. Even in my 30s I didn’t ever see results like this. I wish I had #CrockFit in my 30s! #CrockFit’r forever.
Bugs
I’ve tried 3x to complete the first times fitness test in Homefit1 program only to not be able to stop the timer when completed. All actions on page are unresponsive as the timer continues to run so I have to force quit the app. I can’t see a way to add my time manually so not able to capture my benchmark.
Leve it!
For the first time, I’m seeing big results! I would just love to have it on my watch, so i can keep on the pace better, without stopping to watch the phone and so…
Helpful app, but…
on the timer, I would like to have the option of a warm up time period to get into position for the first activity. Also, it would be helpful to be able to view the timer in landscape as well as portrait.
