The Courtney Black App is a health and fitness app to help you reach your goals with Courtney as your personal trainer from your phone. This app will help you fall in love with fitness and help you reach your fitness goals. The app is designed to help all shapes and sizes and all goals. You choose how many days per week you would like to train and what diet you would like to follow. You will be provided with a daily workout and diet to follow from a library of healthy and delicious recipes. The app promotes a healthy and balanced lifestyle that is achievable for everyone to follow. Your workout schedule is split into phases which change every two weeks to keep you progressing. You choose from either weight loss, toning / keeping fit or muscle gain as your main goal. The programs are mainly weight training with HIIT workouts, circuits and bodyweight mixed in. No workout is ever boring! Your workouts are intense and no longer than 1 hour long. The app includes quick workouts, challenges and full body workouts to choose from. Love these workouts
I have never enjoyed working out at the gym or at home but felt there was so much more to do at the gym than there was at home how wrong I was these workouts are so mixed and so fun you will not regret subscribing to this app!!

Can’t recommend enough
The CB app is the best thing to happen to me in 2020! The recipes are delicious and so easy to follow. Being able to take my trainer with my wherever I go is just the BEST. Courtney’s positivity and high energy keeps so motivated and I am looking and feeling my absolute best. Can not recommend this app enough!
The best workout app I’ve found!
I’ve tried endless fitness apps and never found one that I could stick with. They all felt too generic and impersonal. Being able to do every workout alongside Courtney, having her walk you through each exercise, and hearing that she is also tired and sore keeps me motivated! I look forward to working out every day, and her challenges work like no other routine I’ve ever tried. I wish I could give 6 stars!
Such a great workout app
I can’t believe how much content you get for the cost of this app. The workouts, the recipes, the meal plans. I love you can take your pocket PT with you everywhere and being able to chose workouts by length of time really helps fit them on. On top of all this you become part of a community of warriors who build each other up!! Thank you Courtney!!
The best app for home workouts!
This app is everything and more! It personalizes your workouts by asking what your goal is. It gives you your daily macros for protein, fat and carb intake. Best of all, you have breakfast lunch and dinner recipes to follow, including snacks! I started using this app in June and I’ve never felt better and stronger. I am a mother of two and I thought my abs no longer existed. They’ve literally appeared after using this app and it’s only been 5 months! This is a winner for me and I am definitely going to continue my fitness journey with the Courtney black app. I love love love the live workouts!!! It makes you feel Courtney is there with you all the way!
