An essential part of our bedtime routine
We have tried many different methods of helping our boys calm down before bedtime. Cool Koala is the only meditation app that has resonated with my boys and has become an essential part of our bedtime routine. The meditations rotate with nightly themes, but follow the same structure so my kids know what to expect (so important!). Additionally, it is not too long or too short, introduces social-emotional coping strategies and wraps with quick affirmations. Highly recommend!!

I cannot say enough good things about cool koala! My 6yr old son looks forward to bedtime every night and always looks forward to meeting cool koalas friends in each meditation! We have found it has helped him relax and he has woke up in the middle of the night and has wanted us to put it back on to help him go back to sleep. So far it has been very helpful with his anxiety and has been relaxing him right to sleep!
