I got my first paid out after weeks from my claimed reward. Now it’s glitching, not letting me collect my daily bonus, checking in keeps resetting and times it’ll give me random coins. I probably lost about 300 coins. I did everything from resetting, shutting it off, delete and restart. Going on two weeks and no response to my email. 🤦🏽♀️💁🏽♀️🤷🏾♀️ I like the app, I’ll give it a couple weeks then I’ll rethink this app. Hopefully it’ll work as it did from the start.

It seemed fine at first but once you constantly walk over 10k it doesn’t give you coins anymore. I got up to 927 coins and after that I walk and it tracks my progress but I don’t get any coins so I’ll be uninstalling this app since it’s been a week of it not giving me anything.

Update 3/7/24**** Why am I still using this app??? I was finally paid twice last month on the same day for cash outs, not sure from which ones, I have like 10 pending. Can’t check in and resets even though I was I am able to get the daily streak and currently at 168 days. I am pretty sure it takes like 3-6 months for them to cash out, and they have never responded to any of my emails. Update 8/13/23**** After over 250 day streak, the app would not let me check in and then within a week, would not wouldn’t register my 5,000 steps for 50 coins or the 3 ads. I tried logging out and back in and still nothing, oh now I have 0 coins. App has completely messed up and I won’t bother emailing, they never respond anyway. Update 4/15/23***No real contact just will get paid randomly a couple times in one day but doesn’t say from when I cashed out. With the restrictions on how much now, you get 50 coins from 5,000 steps and nothing after that, 3 ad clicks for random amounts averaging 13 coins each and for every 7 consecutive check-ins you get 250 coins. Currently takes just under 3 months to achieve the goal for 9,500 coins to cash out $5 to PayPal. FYI I just cashed out the other day but no response yet. And yesterday the app wasn’t letting me collect my 50 coins from steps and my 3rd ad click for coins. Hopefully works better today. Update 1/5/22***Still no contact from Cashstep, have 3 unpaid now. They have no way to contact other than email and no response. I still haven’t been paid out from September twice. They will not response to the emails I send and no other way to contact them. I have more to cash out but the only way is PayPal. Very disappointing.
