Unusable so glitchy
App is super glitchy. Doesn’t work with airplay/screen mirroring on Apple TV so can only watch on phone. There video shuts down after 10 seconds each time.
The movement app for pregnancy and postpartum that you’ve been looking for
I love the motivation behind the creation of CARRY- to support all pregnant people in their pregnancies and postpartum time to feel empowered, to have easy access to accessible practices for all stages and days, and a soft place to land during this tender life phase. All of the teachers have such a passion for supporting folks in the perinatal time and bring so much practical knowledge and compassionate care to their offerings. I’m grateful to be included as a guide in these practices and wholeheartedly recommend people try it out.
Balanced, simple, lovely, not fussy
I love the simple yoga sessions that you can choose when you have the time (even a little) and headspace. This is my third baby and I don’t really have a lot of spare moments to go to classes, etc. I use this app to move and reflect and I feel better. So many of the other pregnancy apps and websites have too much stuff that you feel like you should do and then can’t or don’t and then feel guilt. Ack. I even tried the meditations on Carry (which I hadn’t done before) and loved them.
Fantastic resource, easy to use
I had this app recommended by a few friends and it does not disappoint. It’s straight forward, welcoming and easy to navigate to what I need in the moment. The yoga sessions are a nice way to keep up your activity and focus on your body. The meditation options were great for my mental health. It’s amazing how a few guided minutes of focus can make the daily stress fade. All of this contributed to a much more pleasant and manageable pregnancy and recovery after. The links to resources were also a big help. I used them frequently. Overall I find this app to be just what I need.
My wife loved this app
I purchased a monthly subscription for my pregnant wife, in her first trimester, as a gift and she loved it. It’s easy to use and she could find quick sessions for yoga and meditation during pregnancy that fit into her busy day. Thanks team Carry for your thoughtfulness while designing this app.

Favorite time with baby
I started using Carry in my early postpartum weeks and enjoyed the mommy and baby yoga classes so much as a way to connect with my daughter while also coming home to my body. The classes also gave me tools and ideas of things to do with her, soothe her, and share with my partner.
