Syncing Steps
I gave this exercise app a try for work and encountered some issues with the team challenges and step tracking. Unfortunately, the details for team challenges and remaining days weren't updated daily, which was quite frustrating. Even after syncing my steps with Apple Health, the app's step count didn't update immediately, leaving a discrepancy between my Health app and the app's count. Overall, the lack of real-time updates and synchronization issues made it difficult to track progress accurately.
Doesn’t sync health app
Im here trying to do a challenge but it doesn’t sync my information.
Tech is awful
I can’t comment on the content because I’ve only done a couple of the classes. But to be honest, I don’t think the content is all that important because you can find superior fitness classes on YouTube for free. What I think is important is how you execute, present, and/or use the content, and this app does a HORRIBLE job. The worse part is that as a programmer, I know some of these things are extremely easy to fix so I can tell this company is not even making an effort. Problem # 1: casting to your TV doesn’t work…WHAT!? Problem #2: videos are cut off. I do a lot of yoga, so when the instructor is on the floor doing some floor movements, you can only see half or a third of their body. Ridiculous. Problem #3: no Bluetooth connection to wearables. And I discovered these problems in just the first 5 minutes of using this app. I can’t imagine what else is going on there. This service is offered free through my employer, but I don’t think I’m going to use it. I’m going to stick around with free YouTube videos.
Freezing
In the last week, the app has been freezing when I try to select workouts. I have to close it out and open it back up without browsing a ton of stuff or it will freeze again.
Ok but need to support Apple TV
Please add support for Apple TV!!!!!

Previously I had Silver Sneakers as a Blue Cross of Phila, focus 65 benefit. They have switched to one pass, and burn along is the physical activity app they use. I took a live Pilates class today. The instructor was fine. However, unless I used my iPhone you could not get a full view of her. I tried changing the iPad position.. no go. Also, I was unable to keep the view on the phone and iPad at the same time. The screen would darken every so often, but you could hear the instructor. Very Ann. She asked for feedback.. there is no option to give any comments. Silver Sneakers live is zoom, and so easy to manage and communicate. I prefer live classes as it is more of a commitment when you schedule something. I’m reading reviews.. not thrilled. Lynda Klein
More lazy software app development, portrait mode only.
Using a iPad so you can use the Apple case, which is landscape mode, renders the app useless. Very hard to either constantly hold the iPad, or prop it up hoping it doesn’t fall over while following along. Free service from my company but I’ll be deleting the app and giving them feedback on it. No sense wasting money on something people won’t use.
