Budo Strength is a Grappling Strength Training Program provides workout routines for all your main muscle groups geared for grappling. In just three days a week, you can build muscles to power your grappling rolling sessions and help keep your body strong and help reduce and prevent injury. Good app, needs attention

This app has excellent exercise. However it needs to be able to set each workout as a circuit. If you try to use it for circuit training it skips over one exercise and goes to the next. You have to go back one place to do the next workout. Please make a circuit training option available 🙂
