For Brisk Walking, the number of steps taken per minute should be at least 100. The application tracks this and raises a voice alert if you are walking below this speed. The application also saves and maintains each workout details in its Logs so that you could analyse it and get the statistics of your health anytime. Here's more on what our app does: 1. Track Your Steps: Keep a close eye on your step count to make sure you're hitting your stride. 2. Workout Duration: Monitor how long you've been on your brisk walking journey. 3. Calories Burnt: Get real-time insights into the calories you're torching with each brisk step. 4. Distance Covered: See the approximate distance you've conquered during your walks. 5. Steps Per Minute: Ensure you're meeting the brisk walk standards by maintaining at least 100 steps per minute. Voice alerts if your walking speed drops below the brisk pace. 6. Adjustable Pace : If you are unable to meet 100 steps per minutes speed due to any reasons, you could also reduce the pace to a lesser value. You could increase the pace as well in the settings. For example : The pace could be set to 80 steps per minute or 110 steps per minute as well. 7. Voice Alerts - Voice alerts if the walking speed slows down or if you completed a mile or kilometre. 8. Logs View - You could see your entire workout history and analyse various things like when you slowed down and when you completed your 1st and 2nd miles/KM and etc. 9.
