Great app
I think this is a great app, and I believe it provides results. My only suggestion would be to fix The videos and be a little bugged. Other than that, it’s worth every penny. I like the mix of cardio and weights. I just hope they update the app so it can be continued. Overall great app which glad I made this purchase and the workout about 30 mins long and you customized how many days a week you exercise and has great recipes and it tracks your steps as well. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

So I signed up for a 7 day free trial. However I was charged for 6 months! I like the app but I didn’t want to pay for 6 months with trying it out first! Please give my money back. I don’t know how else to connect this app.

Although the app ostensibly offers a choice of 20-, 30-, or 40-minute workouts, the same workout is delivered regardless of which one you choose. There’s no way to finish the sequence in 20 or 30 minutes. As a result, you never get a full workout. And the thing just ends after the prescribed time, whether or not you have finished the exercises. Although the exercises and sequences seem well-chosen and effective, there’s no no counter or video to keep you on track with individual exercises and reps, so you have to swipe the screen to the next exercise each time you finish one. And again, even if you haven’t finished all of the exercises or reps, you just get booted out of the app after the prescribed time. Someone needs to think through the user experience on this one and design an app that better reflects how people expect to use it.

I was looking for an app to workout put with. This app is sooooo Borning!!!! For the 30 minute workout you do 5 moves over and over!! For example you do 10 squats. Once your done you have to touch next! No music no one talking. It’s terrible plus it’s $10 a month!!! What!!!!!!! No way!!!!!

I have only had one workout that didn’t kick me out in the middle of it. When I try to reload the workout, it starts be at the beginning and not where I left off so I basically can’t track my progress. It also takes 5-10 minutes just to download each workout. I wouldn’t recommend this app.

Trying to find the exercise app that works for me, I downloaded bliss fit to learn more about it. Finding it wasn’t what I was looking for, I thought I canceled the purchase long before the date to purchase occurred, but to my dismay, I see I am incorrect. 4 days after seeing I was billed for the 6 month version (which I especially wouldn’t buy since there are so many free options that don’t cost $41.99) I contacted the developer to request a refund for my accidental purchase. Within 2 seconds I got an automated response that my request doesn’t warrant a refund. No such thing as customer service anymore. I have no way to contact them directly and I now have an overpriced app that I did not want. Thanks for offering to taking care of me physically, but you’ve ruined me mentally after this pricey purchase!
