Avocado allows you to take a photo of your food to get calories and macros. Calorie counting and diet tracking made easy. What makes this app unique is it weighs your food for you through new camera technology (accurate depth sensors). No need for a scale! There are now ~1000 foods supported! Nutritional data comes from the USDA. For best results, center food in the camera guide and take the photo straight above. Doesn't work
I was excited for this app. However after trying to use it. It would not recognize the food and did not log it. I tried several times with simple foods like an apple and it just didn't work. I'm disappointed
