Only works sometimes…
I’ve been using this app for a month and it was working fine, but now it won’t sync all my steps. Sometimes it’s only 500 or so but yesterday it was 4K! Today it’s not working at all.
Really good app, even better customer service!
I was having trouble getting my Fitbit and Apple Health to sync on the first day, so I emailed support. They responded VERY quickly, and then they continued to work with me for several hours through emails to help me get everything working together. We finally were able to solve the problem, and since then, it’s worked great! Incredibly happy with the time and effort they spend to make sure you’re getting what you need. Really love that I finally have a way to keep all of my info synced instead of manually adding data to Health app.
Keeps working for 4 months. Then stopped.
Trying to get sync to work again.
App works very well, developers are highly responsive
Initially downloaded the app to share workout data with friends (who use apple watch + iphone). App: - syncs data to apple health from fitbit (including workout type) - sync happens pretty quickly and setup is fairly easy - people i’ve shared my health data with get notifications about my workouts like apple watch users do I highly recommend this app for my use case. In addition, the developers are highly responsive to feedback. When I initially downloaded the app, workout type did not sync over and friends did not get notifications. I emailed the developers about this and they responded immediately and within about a week rolled out a fix. I am paying for premium fwiw
Best app for heartrate syncing
I’ve been trying to find an app to sync my resting heartrate to Apple health. Basically just trying to do a one-time export before I switch over to an Apple Watch, and heartrate was the only thing I felt my Fitbit tracked accurately. This app was the only one I found that could do a one-time heartrate sync for free!
Descent App
New to the app. Directions to sync were pretty easy. Initial difficulty with info syncing (if you have had your FitBit a long time, it takes time to sync and there is a limit per hour). Reached out to customer service which actually boosted a 4/5 to 5/5. Customer service was almost immediate and walked me through everything to get things to sync appropriately. There is a fee for usage which is fair but know, it’s not a free app. It’s about $40/year or $60+ for lifetime.
Big Come on!
Talks a lot about getting data from fitbit to iPhone but the free option only gets steps transferred. Limited visibility to iPhone and even the “deal” options are expensive ($10/mo).
- Minor bug fixes and sync optimization. - Updated few instructions. If you have any problems with the application, please do not hesitate to report over support email. Your feedback makes app better! Thank you for your support!
