Don’t buy!!
I am so mad I bought this. The ones in the Free trial look like they had what I was looking for. When I bought the full app I found it doesn’t have basic well known contraindications! I want a refund.
Useless Bait for Upgrade
Only obscure oils are accessible. The more common essential oils are not unless you upgrade for $19.99. How can you evaluate the app if you can't access any of the oils you may have and why would you buy the app for $19.99 if you weren't able to evaluate it first??? This "free" version is useless. Very disappointed.
Great concept but hidden fee
So I started my first blend and was excited only to hit a roadblock. $19.99 to upgrade to add the first oil in my blend? I'm in aromatherapy school so honestly I don't need this but thought it would be fun to see the blends broken down. Graphics look sleek but I can't go any farther on the app to even complete one blend without paying out mega bucks. Maybe $5.99 but not $20
Deleting & sticking w/ my books for mixing
While I like the idea they have, to show the changing chemical composition of mixes of oil blends, it's impossible to actually see how it works. The free version give you 4 oils to mix with so you can see how it works. If they had put a couple well known, or well used oils, that world make sense! However, I've only heard of one of the sample oils! They also do not list ANY information on each oil. So, although they have a common name, and Latin name (Such as "Amyris, Amyris Balsamifera"), you cannot see what exactly that oil is for, or from. So the idea of learning anything is lost. The second problem is, to unlock all the oils, it's $20!! Since I can't actually see how it works well with the oils they have to sample, there's no way I'm going to spend $20 on the CHANCE that it will work well. Especially if I still have to flip back and forth and look up which oils are what! I'll just delete the app and stick to my books.
