কোন মেডিসিন স্টকে না থাকলেও অ্যাভেইলেবল দেখায়, অর্ডার করলে নিয়ে নেয়। কিন্তু প্যাকিং এর সময় ওয়েটিং দেখায়, কাস্টমারকে নিজ দায়িত্বে ফোন করে ঐ স্টক আউট ওষুধের রিপ্লেসমেন্ট প্রস্তাব করতে হয়। এটা খুবই বাজে লাগে। ওষুধ না থাকলে আউট অব স্টক দেখানো উচিত এবং আপনাদের এন্ড থেকে কোনো কারণে ডিলে হলে কাষ্টমারকে আপনাদের এন্ড থেকেই ফোন দেয়া উচিত। আর মানুষ ইমার্জেন্সি হলেই ওষুধ কিনে, তাই আরো দ্রুত ডেলিভারি দেয়া উচিত। তাছাড়া, ডিসকাউন্ট ও ওভারঅল মিলিয়ে ভালোই।তবে নতুন অ্যাপ/ ওয়েবসাইট অতোটা ভালো হয়নি, আগেরটাই ভালো ছিলো।
