On the newest iPhone the app runs terribly. It takes an impossibly long time to load the very basics and frequently freezes. To make things worse, the only health stat that is reliably tracked is the weight. Steps and sleep aren’t recorded reliably and there’s no access to the previous day’s data. Not that it really matters, since it probably wouldn’t have been recorded correctly either. While the balloon itself is good, this app is a terrible disappointment. It could be doing so much more, so much better, to support patients. I’d love to see the app send notifications about when and what to eat, analyze data, and provide encouraging feedback. Allurion has really dropped the ball on a great product by not investing more in their app and post-procedure support. Please hire a better team to regularly support and update the app.

I like this app its very easy to use & i have been using it since 2019. Problem is now the scale data dates are written without the year, only month and day. and it gets confusing. I really hope that with the next update the years will be there again.
