I love supplementing my training with these sessions and meditations! I’ve found that taking a moment to get centered and focus on the mental game/mental aspect of running has been so powerful, in fact crucial, to taking training and fitness to the next level. All of the sessions in the mindset series offered nuggets of wisdom, useful tools, and easy to implement visualizations which took my race to the next level. The app is easy to use and well organized, and you can either stream or download the sessions, whatever works best for you. Definitely recommend!

I gave this app a 2 rating because when you open the app it plays the video multiple times causing it to overlap the other. So, two to three sessions are open at the same time. These issues need fixed before I would pay beyond the 7 day trial.

As a runner who competes at long distances I often find obstacles mentally during training and races. This app has helped me navigate through my mental blocks and has helped me improve in not only my running, but my daily life as well. The pro version is amazing because I can download the sessions when I'm traveling and have them all the time. The different sections in the pro version also allows me to pick what I would like to focus on during that session. Love the app

I use this before my workouts and it helps me to get centered and relaxed while staying focused on my goals. It's like a mental vitamin that boosts my self-confidence, my performance and my enjoyment of my pursuits. The content is great and it's an easy app to use, would highly recommend!
