ITS A SCAM
I really wish I had come to the reviews first but I thought I was only doing a questionnaire about weight loss. This morning I woke up and they took $35 out of my acct and the only contact is through email or what’s app. I haven’t heard from anyone yet. I only paid 50 cent for what I thought was a survey to see what were my best options then I could choose a plan but no these ppl stole my money and the sad part there is no way to cancel on the app or the website. I swear if they don’t put my money back in my acct I have my relative which is a lawyer that sue companies like this all the time on speed dial. I’ll be getting more than my $35 if they play with us.

This App is completely misrepresented to entice 7 day trial with all manner of extra fee marketing once enrolled. It is nothing more than a stark personal tracking app with no usable feedback. The food tracking is either a “pic” or listing food with no identifiers or calorie designation. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!

I was just curious if I am the only one who that had a awful experience with this app’s billing. I am not surprised that I read many comments having the same problem. I got the trial. It doesn’t show up in your apple subscription. And does not ask you if you want to continue your membership. The worst, it doesn’t even let me sign in after reinstalling. It doesn’t recognize my email. I contacted help center. They don’t respond in a timely manner. And they said they won’t refund it. I even don’t know how to cancel it. They told me they have canceled it, but I wonder how they can cancel it having my email, but I can’t login with the same email!

Don’t waste your time or your money. Bogus and scammy. Plus they make it super hard to unsubscribe after they over charge you which I’m pretty sure was made illegal…? Oh well. It’s annoying and dickish.
