Kicks my butt!
The workout is great! I am a 72-year old guy; playing quite a bit of tennis normally. I considered myself in great shape.....for my age, until this!!!! I would show a second side plank (on the other side).
Used to be better
The Scientific 7 Minute Workout was better when the voice said, before each exercise during the rest period “Next up — Jumping Jacks!” Also — it was better when voice said when to switch sides on the last exercise, Side Planks.
Balanced doable workout
Been doing this everyday for 6 months. I always have 7 minutes somewhere in my time crunched days. Better tone, posture and ab’s. Yay !
