Everytime I click the app, it appears the Safari thing, idk how to fix it, but YOU have to fix it… please fix it

Doesn't work for me.

I gave it a 3 stars since i used it in the past and it worked fine, But now When it sends me to safari or somewhere it says "Port restricted" or something similar.
