By far the best money spent for imagr editing
I purchased Pixelmator years ago and it's unbelievable how well it's been supported. It started off great and there are features that I never even knew I wanted being built into it in each update. Just a very good purchase

The Andy Warhol Marilyn style was in the app before. Where'd it go? Why don't you put it back in? You've already got the code that you used before. There are a lot of other thing that PS can do but PP cannot; this gives PP an incomplete, unfinished feel. Turning PP into a video editor is a waste of time. You can NEVER compete with Final Cut Pro or, frankly, even iMovie. I tried using PP as part of a simple FCP workflow; it was a complete waste of time and accomplished nothing. It would be incredibly helpful to have PP usuable as a plugin or series of plugins (ie Generators, Effects) inside FCP would be awesome. In any event, please go back to making PP a PS killer.

I am not a particularlly good photo editor nor am I the creative type but I still love Pixelmator Pro. I love all of the things that I can do today thanks to the intelligence built into the app. I really love seeing all of Pixelmator Pro's capabilities as they inspire me to up my skills and thankfully the developers have developed a solid knowledge base of topics suitable for the novice as well as the expert so that I can learn and grow my skills at a pace that is suitable for me.

I've been using this app for a long time and love it. I really appreciate that they've improved the autosave / versioning behavior so it doesn't automatically save changes that I wasn't planning on saving.

I've been using Pixelmator now for 5 years, and I don't know what I'd do without it. It's so powerful, and while there is a slight learning curve, it's by no means heard to use. I prefer this over all the Adobe products, and other brands.

Just the fact that it's a one-time purchase makes it an extremely competitive offering to Adobe. It's also blisteringly fast on my Mac M1. The only thing that I really wish they'd add is: 1. Ability to rotate the clone stamp as you are pasting it along (like with the scroll wheel) - it would help with blending *so* much. 2. Content-Aware Fill - Photoshop has this has an option once you've selected an area - you can delete the area with "Content Aware Fill" and it will repair that area. Super useful and miss this terribly.
