Removed all good features
As of March 3rd 2024, the new update is basically useless even with subscription. We can’t choose the quality of models and we lost the option of using cloud service. Totally waste of subscription fee. Look for alternatives.

i've been using this to capture street props, facades, etc across NY to use in blender for my personal projects and it's perfect. futhermore, it is amazingly fast on my M1. a huge thank you to the devs for creating this app for us mac users because using 3df zephyr on my pc was just painful.

I wanted this app to succeed but it keeps freezing up. Unfortunate because I love that you can start with a video or individual pictures. When it worked (twice) the results was great. When it failed there was no feedback and I would have to power down my phone to get out of the app. I reluctantly canceled my “Pro” subscription after trying to work with “support” several times.😞

The app store says that my computer can run the software and it does. However the application itself has, in red text, "Your Mac does not support on-device processing" and asks me to click on a link that just takes me to this store page. None of the features work as advertised.

No capital purchase is possible, they instead wish for a SUBSCRIPTION... sorry, but this isn't acceptable for our use case. Would rather pay $50 and be done with it.
United StatesTotally not recognizing high-quality JPEGs
Tried multiple times to process a test coffee cup object shot with my mirrorless camera. images were processed into high-quality JPEGS. Got error message saying it could not recognize my files -> try shooting with different backgrounds and with more images. BTW, I started with over 80 images. Tried again with one of my professional quality dark background. no luck tried again with a neutral gray background. still no luck Feels like I am chasing something that is not suitable for my needs.
