Beautiful images - UI could be better - only uses 2 cores?
This app produces the most beautiful images of any fractal app I’ve ever used! The UI needs some work - zooming doesn’t quite act like you’d expect and there’s a bit of lag. Activity Monitor indicates the app is using not quite 2 cores - I have a new 4-core Retina MacBook Pro so the most an app could use is 800% if fully utilizing all logical cores - and this app is around 162%. So fractals take a lot longer to generate than they should. But when they’re finished, they are spectacular….
